Kopa AI subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple. Kopa AI cannot cancel an App Store subscription on a customer’s behalf.

On your iPhone

Open Apple Settings.

    Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

    Tap your name or Apple Account at the top.

  3. 03

    Tap Subscriptions.

  4. 04

    Choose Kopa AI from the active subscription list.

  5. 05

    Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm the change.

If Kopa AI is not listed

Confirm that you are signed in with the Apple Account used for the purchase. For billing, refunds, or a subscription that still cannot be found, contact Apple Support directly.
